500 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown with little head. Aromas of dark powdery chocolate, faint oak, and roasted malts. Flavors of rich dark chocolate, soft whiskey (more in temperature than taste), soft oak, black coffee and roasted malts. Clean. Very good.

473 ml can. Pours a dull gold with moderate head. Aromas of melons, candied citrus and soft cracker like malts. Flavors follow same with some perfumey floral notes and cereals. Nice.

Hazy, beige. Phenolic notes, the ferm kind of overactive here because the phenols are going crazy and the murkyish beer doesn't hit anywhere to justify fighting through it.

On tap at Farmhouse Fest 2023, pours a clear copper blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out clove and gentle banana esters. Flavour is very dry, with light clove and wheaty notes. Not much clove or banana, just a dry wheaty beer. Meh, this isn't really a proper hef.

Can sampled at BC Cider Fest 2023, pours a clear dull golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of spicy ginger, along with some earthiness and a touch of apple crispness. Flavour is more like a soft drink, with spicy ginger ale-like notes. Barely any apple or rhubarb presence. Just commercial nonsense.

500mL bottle, pours a dark rusted red with a small tan head. Aroma is very woody and oaky, with tons of wood barrels, tart pitted cherries, and some bugs. Flavour is complex, with gently tart cherry pits, lots of oak, and some wild yeast. Very woody, gently tart, and full-on cherry finish. This is surprisingly excellent.
