Hazy, blonde. Medium head, quite fruity on the nose...a different hop character. On the palate, it’s a bit more grassy, not great, touch of sulphur, and finishes really weak in lack of hop, and the malt doesn’t do much to change things. Wish it followed through on the nose more.

Draft pour pint at Hop and Hound. Mostly clean apple golden pour with a rocky foam head. Aroma is full of sweet peach and subtle hops. Flavor is a moderately bitter hop constant up front, with some more peaches and other mixed fruit. Has a bite to it, and a little grainy on the backside. Bitterness grows, and sticks around on this one. Love the peach constant on this beer. A very unique flavor on this. Flavorful and refreshing. Very nice.

Bottle at PIB 2017, pours a clear pale yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of saison yeast and wild yeast. Flavour reveals lots wild yeasts, a little saison, and a hint of estery sweetness. Nicely constructed, with a wild finish. Very good.

On tap at PIB 2017, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out biscuity malt, straw and light grass. Flavour is along the same lines, with light grass, herbal notes and biscuity malt. Light and grassy on the finish. A little vegetal character. Okay.

16 oz can poured. A beautiful hazy orange cream pour with a ton of foam head and lacing. Quite the good looking can too. I like this beer before I even taste it. Aroma has a slightly sweet orange fruit. Peaches particularly, to pair with a mellow piney hop. Flavor is creamy up front, a piney hop constant. Juicy. The sweet and piney bitter battle it out nicely. Really nice IPA here. This is the kind of beer I want in my fridge at all times. Make this a regular! Awesome stuff.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small tan head. Aroma brings out red wine barrels, lots of wood and earthy notes. Flavour is very woody, with tons of red wine, tons of tannins and oak. Slight earthiness from the rye, with lots of tannins and vinous notes. Unusual but very good.
