Description
A long and winding road has led our brewery through many trials and tribulations. This path has included everything from wildfires to a global pandemic. A path that began as sole proprietorship has turned into a partnership. As struggle can create strength, uncertainty can lead to change. Vince Ferracuti and Kevin Robinson have partnered to create Iron Ox Brewing Company. The new name is a representation of that partnership. Vince is the Iron and Kevin is the Ox. Plow Brewing Company is not gone. Rather, it has undergone a metamorphosis into a stronger form. We are very excited about our future and look forward to sharing a beer with you. Come Get Some!!!

Draft at the brewery taproom, enjoyed in the company of bros during the RBWG 2016. Pours clear ruby-gold with a creamy, off-white head. Rich, ripe citrus in the aroma, with light caramel, bread, orange. Medium to heavy sweet flavour with notes of oily pie, resinous hops, mango, more orange. Full bodied, oily and chewy, with fine to average carbonation. Resinous on the finish, warming and a bit boozy, with some bitter pine and citrus rind, rich bready malts, ripe orange and other citrus fruits. Rather heavy handed but OK overall.
