On tap at Bavarian Lodge. Pours a clear deep brown with a tan head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has dark grains and bread with a hint of roast and leaves backing. Flavor has a nice dark grain with a bit of earthy roast with some bread coming through.

Bottle 0,50ltr: Dark brown coloured Doppelbock from the south of Bavaria. This brew is one of the better i drunk in this style. Very dried fruity taste and some caramel.

500ml bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours lightly hazy lemon yellow with a decent white head. The aroma is fresh, clean, tangy, bright lemon, lemonade BD white sugar. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, crispy, sweet, white sugar, lemon curd, lemonade, tangy, lemon sherbets, some bread and dull grass with a short, tangy finish. Average body and moderate, fluffy carbonation. Easy going and chuggable stuff.

Bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours deep reddish - brown with a lasting frothy white head. The aroma is toasty, earthy roast, bitter - sweet character, malt loaf, molasses, dried fruits and toasted fruit cake. The taste is crispy, fairly snappy, toasty, earthy roast, bitter - sweet, dried fruits, sultana, raisin, toasted fruit cake, touch of tannin, malt loaf, toasty brown bread, ryvita, and spice with a dry, slightly bitter finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Flavourful, rounded and moreish. A classy dunkel.

On tap pours out cola brown topped with a sand head. Nose is nice sweet malts a pitfruit and a nice grain. Taste is more of the nice sweet grain malts pitfruit.

Bottle from Raynville Superstore. It pours crystal clear yellow - blonde with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet, perfumed, biscuity malt, grassy, leafy, herbal and spicy vibes. The taste is crispy, firmly dry, dull bitterness, grassy, herbal, spice, leafy hops, biscuity malt, toasty grain and cereal with a drying finish. Average body and fine to moderate carbonation. Decent stuff. Fairly robust for the style.
