Bottle - Orange and some nice funk. Clear gold with a decent white head. Light sweet orange, funky notes, and some peel bitterness. Not bad, a bit boring but very drinkable.

Can from World Beer Market via Rakuten. Served in a pint glass. 7.6% this orange copper beauty has a fantastically enticing hop bouquet giving off resinous dank floral & fruity notes. Thick a rich garden with the nurturing mulch and heady scent of blooming flowers and ripe citrus fruit. Med-full bodied the finish is very bitter and dry. The taste is a hop punch to the tastebuds, not as balanced as the nose just earthy bitter pine. Man this is bitter! Too bitter for my tastes.

500 ml bottle. Pours a very dark brown/red with almost no head. Aromas of dark rum, dark sugar, licorice and vanilla. Flavors of dates and alcohol. Acidic, watery and hot.

Hand numbered bomber, #897/1440. Aroma is really odd--medicinal, minerals, earthy, Band Aid. Pours cloudy yellow with a crackly collapsing white head. Taste is the same, like medicine with a dose of dirt, Band Aids, sulphur, chemicals and latex. It’s really sour (8/10 on a sour scale). Highly carbonated, medium bodied. This is really flawed.

16oz can picked up at Total Wine
A volcano erupted when I opened it up. Lost half of the can on my desk, floor and finally made it to the garbage can. Pours cloudy golden with a huge off-white head, good lacing. Aroma is floral, dusty, grapefruit and pine. Flavor is bitter grapefruit, pine, fruity and very bitter, dry
Not balanced, a very bitter finish. Would have been footbalmed if I had a whole can.

Had this months ago. Almost dark, thin brown head. Aroma is soft and full of roast, slightly sour. Taste is strong, roasty, has coffee and chocolate. Cocoa. Easygoing acidity. Nicely drinkable and quite enjoyable.

Bottle from Total Wine, Lynnwood
Cloudy orange to light amber color; the head is too large, invasive, fluffy. Aroma of hops, but it’s also fairly mineral, and a suspicion of infection. Strong beer, a bitter Ale, with light residual sweetness, bitter oranges, and a metallic, woody character that confirms the infection.
Rough, almost drinkable but fundamentally wrong.

1st rater. Kind of cool green 16oz bottle. That is probably the best part of the beer. Pours headless and flat. Brown body. As expected, very low carbonation. Aroma is a bit leafy barrel but earthy malts as well. A little caramel sweetness. Flavor is similar. This may be decent if it were carbonated and not so leafy barrel.
