Flasch: Deep golden, hazy, small and slowly diminishing white head, mild to moderate sweetish grainy to honeyish-malty nose, mild traces both of alcohol and herbal hops detectable; moderate sweet-bitter flavour, medium bodied; slightly hoppier in the even drier bitter-sweet finish. Well balanced stuff, nothing to complain...

0.33 l bottle from 'Craft Beer Dealer', best before July 2021. A little hazy, deep reddish amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish, quite fruity-floral, a little earthy aroma of strawberry jam, orange peel, some mango and traces of tobacco. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral, slightly earthy taste of orange jam, tobacco, some strawberry, a touch of mango and traces of pine, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly resiny, quite earthy finish. Medium body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, average carbonation. Interesting, quite earthy IPA.
