Golden lager with a thin lacing white head. Aroma of grain malts and apples. In mouth, sweet biscuity malt with notes of maple. Medium bodied lager, simple, but honest.

Pale yellow ale with an extra thin white head. Sweet fruity aroma, a bit corny. Crisp malts with too much residual sugars left, a bit overbearing and cloying. Some german hops detected. Boring little number.

Hazy white Wit with a yellwoish hue and a creamy white head. Wheaty malt aroma with a zest of sulfur. In mouth, a plain old wheat beer, no spices, no bananas, no nothing. Watery bodied beer. Not Joufflue (with puffy cheeks) at all!

Golden IPA with a lacing creamy white head. Faintly hopped excuse for an IPA, with rather crisp biscuitty malt. In mouth, the hops are more present, with citrusy notes, but this one is lacking in body, and needs more malts to sustain the whole package.

Reddish amber ale with a thin white head. Good perfumey hops, fruity esters, and sweet caramle in aroma. A good malt base with a touch of criisp german hops, well balanced. Medium bodied. Nice nuttyness develops as beer warms up. Another good surprise, the brewer must be getting better (or they got a new one).

Red copper ale with a thin white head. Decent caramel malt in aroma with good hops, much more pronounced than their IPA. In mouth, a decent sweet malt with good british hops, and citrus notes. Medium bodied. Another surprise, based on previous less than flattering comments of the BP.

An opaque brown beer with a small lasting brown head. The aroma is sweet and very roasted, with notes of anise and chocolate mixing in. The flavor is a weird roasty and spicy one, including some off-notes of plastic. Good look - Good aroma - but awful flavor.
