Sweet and sticky, fairly thick and syrupy. Raisin, brown sugar, fruity booze which I cleverly deduct to be apricot brandy. Some dry oak in the finish, very nice.

Hoppy, fruity. Tropical fruit, pineapple, a touch of hop burn, bitter, dry. Smooth though, nice.

Bottle. Aroma is mostly yeasty, spicy, bready, light estery. Taste is slightly sour with lemon, malt, yeast, ligh citrus hops. Good.

Tap. Red color with huge pinkish head. Aroma of raspberries, vanilla. Taste is raspberries, vanilla, lactose, touch of salt. Where is my vodka?
