Bottle from BeerDome. Very murky amber colour, beige foam. Syrupy texture. Very sweet vanilla aroma along with fruity Apple notes, caramel and wood. Very sweet vanilla taste. A bit artificial.

330ml bottle from a Christmas gift pack from Eric and Sylvie. Pours a misty yellow, thin white head. Citrussy wild sour nose. Impactful first sip, encompassing fresh zesty citrus, moderate wild yeast and herbal elements from the frêne used.. nicely presented, but not sure it's for me.

Little cloudy beige blond beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, juicy, tropical fruits, a little dank, some mango. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, soft hop burn, some sweet malts, bitter touch, herbal, alcohol, tropical fruits, citrus notes, malty. Aftertaste: more malts, bitter, fruity, citrus, grapefruit, hoppy, dry finish.

Draught @ Pays Flamand taproom, Merville. Hazed dark appearance, good tan head. Aroma of grainy dark malt, chocolate cake. Nicely gritty on the palate, good dark malt depth, cacao accents.. great imperial stout.

Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up from Nicolas Kew. Pours matte hazed yellow with a small, foamy white topping. Nicely rounded, very drinkable, notes of citrus, guava, tangerine, melon, peach, mild rindy bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Fruity, citrusy finish, background pale malt. Very drinkable.
