(Bottle) Pale golden colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity nose with unripe apples, barnyard, spices, yeast and orange peel. Fruity, slightly tart taste with notes of winter apples, hay, spices, yeast, orange, grapefruit and a generous, slightly funky, acidity in the finish. Light body, dry. Fresh and tasty, with a slightly yeasty touch and a fresh acidity. Very nice.
Nicely balanced. Dry and sweet at the same time. Some weird but not unpleasant taste of Vitamin C tablets.
And I should sometimes clean my phone camera 🤦🏻♂️

(Bottle) Pale golden colour with brief, bubbly, white head. Fruity nose with yellow apples, hay, yeast, spices and a sulphury touch of matchsticks. Fruity, tart taste with notes of apples, yeast, hay, a touch of vinegar and spices. Dry and tart finish. Medium body. Fresh and tasty, with a generous acidity and a light bitterness. Nice one.

Bottle. Clear golden, lots of carbonation. Mineral, apple juice, soft funk, crisp apple juice, a bit of funk. Even though it’s almost non alcohol it does taste lightly like fermentation, but more like apple juice. Mostly sweet and watery, light dry.

Sourish sulphur nose. The sidra starts fruity sourish. Fruity, apples. Very dry with a sour dry but slightly watery back. Easy apples, fruity tart, not much sulphur, fruity dry sour in the end. Nice refreshing.
