Sourish sulphur nose. The sidra starts fruity sourish. Fruity, apples. Very dry with a sour dry but slightly watery back. Easy apples, fruity tart, not much sulphur, fruity dry sour in the end. Nice refreshing.

Bottle kindly donated by friend. Pale golden color with minimal head. Aroma of sour apples, light tartness, light vanilla, funk. Taste is tart apples, light sourness, funk. Very good.

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours loaded gold, transparent, with practically no foam. Aroma is of sweet apples. Body and carbonation are average. Taste is an interesting mix of medium sweetness and light acidity. Final is average.

700mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden blonde with no head. Aroma brings out moderate mustiness, subtle funk, and dusty dry apple skins. Flavour has a pleasant mustiness, barnyard funk and dusty dry apple skins. Bone dry, with a nice musty, funky finish. Nicely done.
