Everything started in 1925 with our first cider mill. We opened in Lavandera, a small, countryside town just a few kilometers from Gijon. This is where it all began.
Nowadays, Lavandera is still home to the headquarters of Casa Trabanco cider house and where we work every day. It also serves as a meeting point for the many visitors and friends we welcome through our cider-tourism project.

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, light gold, with no foam. Aroma is of apples and citrus. Body is average, with almost no carbonation. Taste has some sweetness but also a nice acidity, remaining still easy to drink. Final is average in intensity, with some persistence of acidity.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Pours a clear gold with very brief fizzy head. Aroma of fruity apples especially peel, light funk. Dry tasting, apple juice, wood, an interesting modest sour funky yeast which lifts this. Quite good.

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. 4.1%. Clear golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, juicy fruit, funk hint. Taste is sweet, apple, skin & core, with funky notes, caramel hint and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium-dry finish. Quite drinkable.
