On tap at Anoche, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is full of horse blanket, tangy apple skins. Flavour has plenty of earthy funk, leather, some tart apples, and a dry, hay-like finish. Wonderfully constructed, finishing dry and funky. Excellent.

Brown 750 with a ridiculously long neck via Press online. Trablanco is one of those staple brands that I was surprised to find anything new from. Gotta scoop that up.
Tall 12oz Spiegelau glass at home. Medium pale gold, settled, oily, bright pour, medium active fizz, no head.
Low abv wine, floral honey, dark rose/berry, contradicting the appearance.
Soft, floral apple, natural malic acid, mostly dry, lingering mellow apple skin tannins, very slight nuttiness, oak-y sweet finish. Very, very slight trail of acidity.
Very mild, thin, intentionally still, mellow apple wine.

(Bottle) Pale golden colour with brief, foamy white head. Fruity, slightly funky nose with notes of green and yellow apples, citrus, yeast, barnyard, hay and a mild vinegar acidity. Fruity, tart taste with apples, citrus, yeast, barnyard, herbs and a generous acidity in the finish. Medium body, dry. Quite raw. Fresh and tasty, with a generous funky acidity and lots of Spanish cider characteristics. Very nice.

flavor is faint sour/tart apples, apple juice. Tastes a bit like somersby and the other scandinavian ciders that are way sweeter than dry spanish.A sweet chapaigne or cava might also taste a bit like this. Not bad but also not crazy spanish apple cider.

On tap at La Cidrerie du Canal, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is bone dry, with musty horse blanket, hay, and dry green apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with hay, dry green apple skins, gentle tartness, and a nice champagne-like effervescence. Dry, hay-like, funky finish. Excellent.

Couleur dorée/pâle, col blanc effervescent sans retenue.
Arôme sur un bon bouquet fruité de pommes - légèrement floral avec un côté bourgeons frais / sureau - acerbe ressort bien rendant un côté pommes fermentées/funk tirant sur une acidité discrète.
Palais sur un effet pomme acerbe - finement fruité, petite note résiduelle sucrée/caramélisée - finement grinçant aux dents. Floral oscillant sur le sureau. Léger funk en fin de bouche.

Аромат яблочный, как у сока кислого. Пенки нету, на цвет желтый яблочный сок. Вкус кисловатый но в меру, очень питко что радует, немного как будто навоза, но это не мешает. В целом нормально идет, не вижу в чем особеность данного сидра как отдельной стилистике.

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours fairly hazy, light gold, with no foam. Aroma is of apples and citrus. Body is average, with almost no carbonation. Taste has some sweetness but also a nice acidity, remaining still easy to drink. Final is average in intensity, with some persistence of acidity.
