Bottle, consecha 2014, my 100th Spanish rating. Clear golden color with white head. Aroma is woody, funky apples, earthy, leathery. Taste is funky apples, mineralic, bone dry finish. Oily mouthfeel with sparkly carbonation. Very tasty.

6 3 7 3 13 Draft at Borefts After Festival, Kaapse '17. Clear very pale golden with no head. Aroma of green apples, tart apple, light hay. Flavour is above light sweet and sour. Above light bodied with a dry finish and light carbonation.

Tap at BAF 2017. Almost clear pale straw with short lasting fizzy white head. Funky apple peel, sour apple, hay, mineral, bit watery, moss. No sweetness, light sweet and bitter. Light bodied with fizzy carbonation.
