All'olfatto si esprimono sentori di speziato, sottobosco e agrumato. L'intensità olfattiva è normale e il modo in cui permane è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma ha una buona tenuta ed è persistente. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana medio-fine. Il liquido si presenta opalescente. Bollicine fini costituiscono la forma del perlage. Il colore è giallo ambrato. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra impegnativa e di spessore al palato. Il retrogusto è intenso. In bocca l'aroma è quello di miele, frutta secca, luppolo, resina, agrumi, uvetta bagnata nel rum, alcol presente, frutta tropicale e frutto della passione.

Sampled @ Brassigaume 2017. A clear deep golden beer with a mid-sized most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of grassy bitter hops, grapefruit, citrus. Taste of mild citrusy hops, pine, grapefruit, green hops, fresh, nice.

Hazy orange-amber color with small head. Mild fruity aroma, some apples, which could be a flaw. Good body strength, lean; quite sweet, good malt flavor, good fruity component, sweet oranges; the hops are resiny too.

Il colore è rosso rubino. La schiuma è cremosa e tanta, a bolle finissime, non troppo aderente al vetro. Al naso l’intensità è elevata e la permanenza discreta, dai sentori di agrumi. L’amaro è erbaceo e deciso. La persistenza gustativa è buona e l’intensità elevata. L’equilibrio punta ai piani alti, pur riuscendo a rimanere bilanciato nonostante il grado alcolico piuttosto elevato ma facilmente assorbibile.
