500ml can @ monthly tasting, Chez Sophie, March 23. Thanks Marek for this. Clear gold, full white head. Aroma of caramelised honey, continuing to taste, fair sweetness to it bringing to mind a sweet dortmunder or something along those lines. Not amazing.

z cyklu przeglad piw nudnych i nie ciekawych: 500ml can from DINO in Wolanow. Piana srednia ale trwala, zlota barwa klarowna, lekko chmielne i malo slodowe, w miare dobrze to wyszlo, ale co to ma wspolnego z zamkiem, bo i tak piwo w tej puszce w browarze warka robili.

Optisch goldgelb mit einer ganz zarten, kaum auffallenden Trübung, die jedoch ein leichtes Glänzen ins Glas zaubert. Wenig feine Perlage steigt hoch und die weiße, feinporige Schaumkrone gibt sich flaumig, stabil und gut haltbar. In der Nase zartsüßlich, teigig, hefig und leicht muffig. Der Antrunk kommt sanftrezent und süßlich-fruchtig. Am Gaumen sehr süßlich, fruchtig, leicht würzig, jedoch bereits etwas alkoholisch wirkend. Die fruchtigen bis honigartigen Noten darf man dabei aber als durchaus positiv bewerten. Die weinigen bis alkoholischen Noten empfinde ich persönlich jedoch als unpassend. Der voluminöse Körper mag zwar gut wirken, jedoch scheinen die 6 % Alkohol doch schon eher schwerfällig. Das führt zu einem mäßigen Mundgefühl und einer ebenso mäßigen Süffigkeit. Im Nachtrunk bauen die Aromen rasch ab und dieses Bier wirkt plötzlich wässerig. Die später aufkommende leichte Herbe tröstet jedoch nur leicht über dieses eher unterdurchschnittliche Bier hinweg.
