330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with average, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Citrusy fruity, grassy and piney, hoppy aroma, bretty hints of infection with a touch of Hubba Bubba bubblegum, some orange, lemon, a touch of white grapes, caramel malty background. Taste is dry, tartish, citrusy fruity, piney and grassy hoppy, slightly mineral, hints of mandarine, orange, caramel malty basis, weak hints of infection again. Minimally oily texture, smooth and soft palate, slightly prickly carbonation. Well balanced, not too sweet, refreshing tart-ish touch - maybe the infection did no harm here.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with average, fluffy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Smoky malty and slightly bretty, yeasty funky aroma, hints of whisky malt, some Hubba Bubba bubblegum. Taste is sweet-ish and tart-ish, smoky malty, hints of whisky malt, a touch of wood ashes, some fruit acidic aspects, a touch of pear and apple. Watery texture, super-soft, smooth, silky and minimally cloying palate, fine and soft carbonation. Probably infected: I guess the tartness isn't intended but lends complexity and doesn't derange the total result - maybe quite the contrary. Excellent mouthfeel - pretty good.

21-05-20 // 500ml bottle at the brewery. Very well done! Hazy pinkish red. White head. Flower red fruity nose. Great sourness. Lactic c notes are great. And the fruity flower intensity is great. Hibiscus is tasting really raspberry fruity here. Great thicker mouthfeel. Not too thin.

02-05-20 // 330ml bottle from the brewery. Hazy murky orangeish. White head. Nose of fine weed and a stronger caramalty body. Thicker body. Rich malty. Rich bitterness. Weed is good tasteable. Works very well.
