Bottle brought back from Oulu. Aroma has citrus and cloves with a hoppy streak. Hazy-opaque light gold. Thick fluffy foamy white head. Initial citrus hit with a chewy herbal element. Dry. Slightly metallic edge. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Big Wit. Like me. Interesting example of a style I normally find a tad dull.

Bottle brought back from Oulu by me Mum. Aroma is woody, malty, caramel. Opaque amber. Thin foamy white head. Medium bitter. Woody. Earthy. Tangy berry streak. Underlying malts. A boozy element. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Soft-average carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Described as a Best Bitter but this is a punchy ESB.

(Keg at Juova, 20240913) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, honey, grain and butter. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, honey, butter, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, grassy and bitter. A nice malty brew with perhaps unintentional diacetyl.

An orange and almost medium and blond head. Now aroma is nicely fresh, mango, papaiya, light grapefruit and mandarin. Taste has mango, grapefruit, pine, wood, nice bitterness. Medium bodied. Pretty nice.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy golden, lively head. Grassy, fruity nose. Very sweet with medium to full body and rounded mouthfeel. Salty grass, fruity malt and honey. Resinous very bitter finish.
