Description

Fles 33cl thuis. Duidelijk gember aanwezig, zacht, lactose?, wat koffie, wat roasted malts, zoetig. Goede balans. Gember blijft (te) lang hangen. Ben zelf geen gember fan. (8-10-2019).

Bottle. Deep golden color. Malt, marmelade and ginger in the aroma and flavor. Sweetish. The ginger luckily doesn’t, dominate which keeps this beer Drinkable. Ginger in the sticky finish.

33 cl. bottle @ My parents in law, Wildervank. Dark brown with a thin off white head. Sweet roasted malts. Dark fruits. Sweet taste . Low in carbonation. Nice gentle beer but more a dubbel than a bock in my opinion. It misses the bitter metallic notes.
