Flasche bei Lager Lager Trübes helles Gelb, kein Schaum. Relativ wenig Kohlensäure. Aroma: Sauer. Sauerkirsche, Zitrone, Orange, Erdbeere. Geschmack: Moderat Süß, sauerer Unterton. Hefe, Zitrone, Getreide, Heu. Wenig Bitter.

Draught @ the brewpub Aroma has saison yeast and fruits. Flavour has funky yeast, fruits, grainy malt and grassy hops. A clean saison faithful to the style.

Keg at the brewpub, 11/07/19. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is pale malts, grass, grains. Taste comprises pale malts, corn, breads, light herb, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable number.

Keg at the brewpub, Berlin, 11/07/19. Lightly hazed golden blonde with a decent off white head. Nose is bland ... faint citric peel, grass, grains. Taste improves a touch with tangerine, melon, citric tinged straw, airy pale malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Boring blonde affair.

Taste comprises citric tinged straw, light spice, lemon rind, grass, orange peel, toasted grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable saison.

Taste comprises pale malts, light creamy citric notes, grass, bitter sweet. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Clearly some infection here ... No excuses for having this on tap in your own brewpub. Crap!

Taste comprises melon, tangerine, grass, airy malts. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with modest hop bitterness. A pretty low end effort at the style.

Keg at the brewpub, Berlin, 11/07/19. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a decent lasting tan cap. Nose is chocolate, toffee, limited bourbon offered. Taste comprises light brown sugar, chocolate, sweet malts, dried fruits, faintest of bourbon nips. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Passable stout ... lacking any depth for something that purports to have bourbon in it!
