Sweetish dry taste, some dry fruity touches, minerally... I mean... not sure what to think of it. 0.5l bottle from Natural Feinkost, Frankfurter Allee Berlin. 2.5m before bb date. Clearish golden body, off-white head. Some minerally dry grainy notes, some vegetal tart touches. Medium-dry bodied, ending on the drier, astringent side. Herbal, oddly vegetal taste, like the very start of an infection. but the herbal notes are nice at least. Seems quite a bit gone, hope to rerate it fresher.

Neulich Smokey Baltic Porter, vom Faß im Brauhaus Neulich. - Tiefdunkel, sahniger beigefarbener Schaum. - In der Nase sattes, schön bitterschokoladiges und zart rauchiges Malz mit feiner Hintergrundbeleuchtung durch leise hopfenwürzige und orangenschalige Hopfung.- Antrunk sahnig weich und füllig bitterschokoladig-dunkelmalzig mit Mokka und ganz dezenter Restsüße. Die Hopfung bleibt mit feiner weicher Zitrone im Hintergrund, ein wenig Asche und ganz milde torfige Rauchigkeit runden ab. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang feine Hopfenherbe. - Schönes, satt malziges und sehr rundes Baltic Porter, ganz auf Süffigkeit getrimmt. (21.9.2023.)

Neulich Pilsner, vom Faß im Brauhaus Neulich (zum stolzen Preis von 5 € für 0,4 l). - Goldgelb, leicht trüb. - In der Nase volle, satt aromatische zitrusfruchtige und grasige Hopfung. - Im Antrunk pilstypisch schlank, sauber hellmalzig und satt aromatisch aber etwas gedämpft (blumig) zitrusfruchtig hopfenherb. Zart malzsüß mit Spuren von Karamel und Vanille. Im Abgang nur noch mäßig bitter, ohne die sortentypische knackige Herbe. - Süffiges Pilsener, dem allerdings zum Schluß die klassische Bittere fehlt.
