Description
Since 2017 we have been brewing Craft Beer in small batches of 200l and Gypsy brewing between 5 and 25hl. A German and a New Zealander met in Tubingen to bring craft beer to the south of Germany. Beer is more than just Pilsner and Lager. Hops, Barley, Water and Yeast: Only 4 ingredients, but so many options. We take the freshest ingredients and use them to create amazing beers that explode with flavour. We experiment, taste, change, discard and improve, free to try anything we want so that we can develop the beers of tomorrow, we will leave it to others to keep tradition.

Thx to Zinni for this bottle! Talkin' 'bout my Generation! Cloudy amber color and a nice off-white head. Nose of Grapefruit and Orange, slightly overipe, hoppy. Nice old school flavors. Bitter fruit and nice piney hops. Cool!

Munich Ratebeer Group Tasting at Jonas, Garching Friday 22nd October 2021. Pours hazy amber with a filmy white head, buzzy across the tongue, soft, good.

Bottle. Funky slightly sour nose, a bit of grain. Slightly weird rye-flavor that kind of kills the flavor for me, a bit astringent and unpleasant bitterness.

Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is leafy, caramel, toasted malts. Taste is the same, very bitter finish. Not my cup of tea.

Hazy amber. Aroma is mango pineapple juicy malt. Taste is sweet and bitter hoppy fruity. Grainy and fruity. Not bad.

Hazy amber. Aroma is starfruit grapefruit light pine some bready wort. Taste is bitter piney hops but with some fruity mealy hoppy notes as well. Good malty base. Good balance. Rich body. Nice.

Pours a hazy golden colour and thin white head. Hops, tropical fruit, citrus and grape aromas. Taste of mild malt with grapefruit & other tropical fruit flavours underneath.
