Bottle 330ml. [ As Mathildedalin Teijo ].Light unclear medium orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, pale malt. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, caramel - toffee, pale malt, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150620]

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are caramel, malt, fruits, flowers and bitter hops.

Aroma is spicy with rosemary and quite nothing else. Perhaps some hayish malt in the background. Creamy palate, low on CO2. Flavour has grainy malt, rosemary and hints of honey. Finishes with distant milky tones, minerals and grain. At least the spices are not too strong here even though the aroma was telling me otherwise. Wait – I’ll take that back. They are too strong at the end of the glass.

A hazy, light yellow beer with a small and white head. Aroma is quite sweet, strong rosemary, also other spices and some fruitness. Taste has malts, strong rosemary that is still balanced, hint of bitterness, slightly musty in the end. Light bodied, medium carbonation. Rosemary is strong and dominating but still nice. The basic beer without rosemary is just too moderate.
