Description
We are a small independent brewery, founded by brothers-in-law Andrew and Neil, based in Kilkeel Co.Down. What started as a hobby in a small tin hut has blossomed into a journey we never thought we would be part of.

Our beer's are brewed the way we like it. We like juice, decadent imperial stouts and mouth puckering sour's. We like deliciousness. We are focused on producing beer without compromise. Punchy and full of flavour. Grab one of our brews today, kickback and enjoy.

0.44 l can from ''t Biermenneke', best before October 2023. Black with a thin, frothy, almost stable, beige head. Sweetish-malty, fairly roasty aroma of massive coffee beans, dark chocolate and toasted hazelnut. Quite sweet, malty, rather roasty taste of lots of coffee beans, dark chocolate, toasted hazelnut and some licorice, followed by a medium long, quite roasty-bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Tasty coffee stout, very well-brewed.

440ml can. Jet black colour with average, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, tan head. Roasty and sweet-ish, chocolately, dark malty aroma, notes of dark chocolate, coffee, some vanilla. Taste is bitter roasty and chocolately, dark malty, slightly spicy, minimally sweet and woody, notes of coffee, dark chocolate, some tingly vanilla. Creamy texture with an acidic strand, smooth and soft, simultaneously slightly dry palate, fine, soft carbonation. Bitter, roasty, too much vanilla for me - nice.
