Bottle at home, black beer, small head. Aroma is roast, malt, chocolate, coffee, light smoke. Taste is the same, sweet, bitter, roast, malt, coffee, chocolate. Quite nice.

Bottle at home, dark brown beer, small head. Aroma is malt, liquorice, some herbal/spice/kruidig, Taste is the same, bitter/sweet that is nicely balanced, not diabetis sweet, some caramel, some roast, liquorice, and lastly some herbal/spice/kruidig. enjoyable.

Fles thuis geprobeerd met LiekevdV. Het is een helder oranje geel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een kruidige geur. De smaak is warm, kruidig en wat bitter.

Bottle. Color: Dark reddish copper, thin beige head. Aroma: Malty, caramel, raisins, dark fruit, Bourbon. Taste: Boozy, sweetish Bourbon and some vanilla are overwhelming the malty base beer in my opinion. Notes of licorice. Subtle notes of raisins, caramel and hints of dark fruit. Bit sticky mouthfeel. Over medium body, just below average carbonation. Alcohol is slightly burning in the throat.
