Medium brown, has a chocolatey nose that’s a bit one-dimensional. Goes through a sweeter chocolatey taste. Has light toffee..in the dark mild style but way bigger.

Light, bright amber. Thin head. Smells like a solid, serviceable double IPA, with a piney and chewy crystal accent. Balanced chewy, piney, grapefruit, quite a straightforward one...like one of those strong IPAs.

Medium gold, really bright passionfruit and pi�a. Tasty with moderate bitterness, with just a light pale malt character. Very quaffable.

Hazy light amber. Thin head. Earthy cascade, lightly piney with biscuity amber malts. Similar palate. Old fashioned but it’s fresh and that helps it out.

Pours dark amber with a large head.Nose shows heavy malt, honey, caramel and soft resinous piny hops.Flavours include more honey and caramel along with floral and spicy hops hinting at Earl Grey tea.

Bottle. Dark brown with an inch of light tan head. Seething aroma of kumquats, grapefruit, nectarines with pain au chocolat behind. Medium to full bodied, moderate carbonation. Getting towards silky. Sweet with mocha, fudge, biscuit. Fruit flavours struggle to assert themselves as much as in the aroma, but gradually show through. Alcohol is well hidden. Very good, but doesn’t quite live up to the aroma.

Sampler @ The Australian. Cloudy amber beer with solid white head. Subtle hop nose, some caramel. Fruity, dry, a little hoppy. Nice balance with the malt showing through. Another good beer from these guys.
