Bottle at Winterbierfestival Gouda. Clear mahogany with short lasting off white head. Plums, marzipan, lots of sugar and alcohol, soft roast, nuts, light chocolate. Quite sweet and medium bitter. Full bodied with slick finish and low carbonation.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 2. Clear golden color, small white to off-white head. Aroma is lightly malts, some hops, some sweetness that reminds me of apple juice. Taste malts, again hints of apple juice, apple peel, sweetish, a bit dry finish. Average body and carbonation. Hmm (Dutch) "apart zou ik zeggen".
