(Bottle) Pours hazy amber with ridiculous large white head. Pleasant aroma - bread, pepper. Light body, good carbonation. Gentle citrus tartness at start, replaced by some peppery spice over subtle slightly bready malt. Very drinkable, and more flavour than many summer ales.

330ml bottle from Super Cellars, Beverly Hills. Into shaker. Creamy citric nose, full of promise. Cloudy amber beer with thin but solid white head. Laces well. Steady fine carbonation. Bitter and zingy, light body. Finish is weakly citric and dry with underlying malt. Good quaffer in the ’Coopers’ style.

330ml into glass. Spicy hop/malty nose. Golden amber beer with thin white head. A few bubbles. Slick mouthfeel, sweet taste. Nice crisp finish of creamy hops. Could drink a few of these in a session.

(Bottle) Hazy pale golden with short-lived thin loose white head. Not very appealing aroma of grain, grass and cardboard hints. Light body, good carbonation. Taste starts with a pleasant soft light sweetness, goes through a rather bland mid-palate and finishes with some rather harsh bitterness. An unusual take on a pilsner, but not really to my taste.

From a 330ml bottle on 11/12/2014. Pours a light clear golden with a small head. The nose features some prominent grassy malt and saaz hops. Taste wise, it’s a bit confusing, with earthy, metallic and chemical flavours coming over the top of some mild bready and grassy malt, with some moderate hops following. Light bodied with lively carbonation. A little harsh and difficult to enjoy.

330ml bottle. Hazy orange amber colour, foamy off-white head and crystal malt, lemony citrus, yeasty aroma. Taste is sweet malty, caramel, bready followed by light citrus and tangy bitterness. Light bodied, medium carbonation, some residual sweetness in the finish. Quite OK.

Pours amber with a fading head.A fair bit of sweet malt and caramel on the nose along with a faint stale notes and some herbal and earthy hops.Quite malty flavours too. Some of the stale character transfers through though.Could use more carbonation.
