Bottle, 75cl. A dense, off-white, two-finger head sits on top of a clear, dark golden body. Some lacings. The aroma has malts, cellar and some dried fruits. A touch of yeast as well. The flavor pretty much the same, with a nice bitterness in the back. Quite dry on the palate, not much malty sweetness left. Medium body and a nice carbonation level. There’s some bitterness in the finish. Nothing special going on here. 131122

Bottle, 75cl corked. It’s a hazy one, amber-orange in color and with a finger-thick off-white head. Quite sweetish on the nose, fruity and lightly yeasty. Quite yeasty flavor too, with dried apricots, tropical fruits and a little maltyness. Medium to full body, quite dry and with a nice carbonation level. Some bitterness in the finish. Way too yeasty this one, else quite decent. 131122

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours slightly hazy amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of flowers. citrus, and hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with rich floral notes and subtle citric touches. High carbonation. Bitter finish. OK but rather watery.

Bottle @ Scooper Tasting in Ulfborg. Pours murky copper brown with small off-white head. Vinous, citric, and fruity aroma, with flowery notes. Sweetish flavour of fruit, with vinous and flowery notes and regular hoppy overtones. Doscernible alcohol presence. Bitter and sourish finish. A strange but nice Heller Bock.

Ulfborg weekend celebration of nothing in particular. Hazy amber with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with caramel and a phenolic bandaid note. Dry, fruity flavour with yeasty character, and a medium bitter finish
