Description
In 1995 Harry van de Wiel decided to establish the Stadsbrouwerij Rotterdam. The brewery is decorated in the style of the old town hall of Delfshaven, the wood-copper kettles in which brewing takes place are a good example of this. In the meantime Harry's son has taken over the stirring stick and continues his father's passion.

Poured a cloudy light amber with a frothy thin white head. The aroma is yeast. The flavour is big bitter with a yeasty spice palate. A somewhat typical Tripel. Nice but not exciting.
