Panda at home, from Grumbo - cheers Graham, 12/12/22. Clear pale golden with a fast collapsing white head ... some carbonation evident. Nose is apple skins, light spice, herb, faint ginger. Taste comprises apple, caramel, light spice, modest ginger, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Okay stuff ... pretty modest ginger (a good thing I'd say) and does have the essence of a toffee pudding going down.

Oily, a little watery, low carbonation. Dry, tannic finish developed. Ginger fox but with ginger which gave it a nice added twist.

6/12/2022. Bottle from CentrAle, Newcastle. Pours clear pale amber copper with minimal head. Aroma of semi-sweet apple, carmael, citrus, grape, light woody notes. Moderate sweetness, light tartness. Medium body, very crisp, light dry tannic finish. Very drinkable for it's strength. Went down really well. Best of the 4 that I had from there.

750ml bottle from the Farm shop at Castle Howard, North Yorkshire. Clear golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, fruity, melon, some hay & hint of sulphur. Taste is very tart green apple, white wine like, sour, with notes of gooseberries, melon, sweet apple, and then some drying tannins. Oily mouthfeel, medium to full bodied, low carbonation, very dry sour lightly tannin finish. Interesting, very drinkable.
