Description

Vandaag de dag wordt er in de bouwerij uitsluitend gebrouwen volgens het Duitse “Reinheitsgebot”, waardoor er natuurlijke bieren ontstaan. Een koperen brouwhuis met een capaciteit van 20 hectoliter en een professionele afvul- en etiketteerlijn zorgen ervoor dat ambachtelijke bieren op een professionele wijze worden gebrouwen.

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, yellow-ish, dark golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Slightly zesty, citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, slightly raw, pale malty background, hints of lemon, orange peel. Taste is zesty, bitter, slightly citrusy fruity hoppy, rather raw, pale malty basis, minimally diluted notes of orange peel, tangerine, lemon; bitter, zesty finish.
Minimally oily, watery texture, dry palate, medium, prickly to lively carbonation.
Quite bitter and zesty, not overly fruity, minimally overcarbonated - OK.

Fles gedeeld door BartvG en HilligvG. Het is een helder amberkleurig bier met een volle beige schuim. Het heeft een aroma van mout en kruiden. De smaak is moutig, fruitig en kruidig.
