Description
Vandaag de dag wordt er in de bouwerij uitsluitend gebrouwen volgens het Duitse “Reinheitsgebot”, waardoor er natuurlijke bieren ontstaan. Een koperen brouwhuis met een capaciteit van 20 hectoliter en een professionele afvul- en etiketteerlijn zorgen ervoor dat ambachtelijke bieren op een professionele wijze worden gebrouwen.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with average, dense, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, caramel malty and condensed, citrusy fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of lemon, orange, mandarine, grapefruit, marmalade, a touch of red berries, jelly, marzipan. Taste is sweet, caramel malty and bitter, citrusy fruity and minimally piney hoppy, condensed but relatively weak hints of orange, mandarine, some grapefruit, lemon, marmalade, a touch of apricot jelly.
Creamy-oily texture, smooth and soft, silky, simultaneously minimally dry palate, medium to fine, dense, soft, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice mouthfeel, mild bitterness, condensed but not overly intense hop flavours - OK.

330ml bottle. Cloudy, pale yellow-ish, golden colour with average, frothy to creamy, slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, snow white head. Slightly citrusy fruity, hoppy and minimally biscuity and strawy, pale malty aroma, hints of mandarine, lemon. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally bready and strawy, pale malty, yeasty fruity and minimally citrusy fruity hoppy, hints of yellow apple purée, pear, a touch of lemon, mandarine, slight muesli touch overall, very mild hop bitterness.
Slightly creamy, watery texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, medium to fine, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Fairly meaty, fairly complex, fairly refreshing - OK.

Starchy, pale malty and minimally yeasty fruity aroma, hints of mirabelle, honey, fruity hoppy overtones with a touch of mandarine. Taste is sweet-ish, minimally starchy, pale malty, mildly bitter, minimally fruity hoppy as well as minimally yeasty fruity, hints of honey, mandarine, mirabelle.
Dissolved sugar enriched, watery texture, smooth and soft palate, fine, mildly prickly carbonation.
Relatively fruity, in no way cloying nor too sweet, but also relatively monotonous, not really exciting - acceptable.

Yeasty fruity and minimally yeasty spicy aroma, sweet-ish, wheaty malty background, hints of banana, a touch of baked banana, pear, honey, vanilla, whiffs of clove. Taste is yeasty spicy and yeasty fruity, slightly bitter hoppy and wheaty malty with some residual sweetness, minimally diluted notes of clove, banana, a touch of Hubba Bubba bubblegum, pear, vanilla, honey.
Watery texture, smooth and soft, simultaneously minimally dry palate, fine, dense, prickly carbonation.
Nice yeast flavours, relatively sweet - not bad.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a huge head. Starts mild but not washy. Fine malty, spicy, a bit moldy. Mild bitter background. Light lemon touch. Finish more balanced, still moldy-grasy. Okay.

0.33 l bottle from 'Hoppiness', best before September 2026. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish-malty, gently yeasty-spicy and a little fruity-floral aroma of banana, lemon peel, vanilla and some clove. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, gently yeasty-spicy and a bit fruity-floral taste of banana, clove, some vanilla and light lemon peel, followed by a short, moderately bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Decent Weizenbock, quite enjoyable.

330ml bottle. Quasi black colour with minmally late awakening, average, dense, creamy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, off-white to beige head. Weak, roasty-grainy, malty aroma, a touch of black bread, pumpernickel. Taste is bitter, roasty, minimally bready and ashy, dark malty, slightly bitter hoppy, minimally metallic, a touch of pumpernickel, ashes, iron.
Creamy-watery texture, very smooth, soft and silky, simultaneously slightly dry palate, medium to fine, very dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Nice composition, well crafted, sadly very weak aroma - enjoyable.

Slightly smoky, toasty, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity aroma, hints of pear and banana, smoked wood, minimally floral-grassy, hoppy overtones. Taste is mildly smoky, wheaty malty and yeasty fruity, mildly bitter, grassy hoppy, hints of pear and banana, some smoked wood.
Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, prickly carbonation.
Mild smokiness, nice yeasty fruity flavours - decent.
