Aroma of grainy malt, fruity notes, yeast, hoppy notes. Flavour is light sweet with a moderate bitter finish. Great balance, masterfully brewed. This is a delicious Kellerbier.

Bottle at home. Aroma of wheat, citrus, fruity notes, spicy yeast, sulphur. Flavour is light sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Not as sweet and more bitter than common German Hefeweizen. Interesting sulphury aroma.

Bottle at home. Aroma of bready malt, yeast, fruity notes, orange, apricot, some spicy notes. Flavour is sweet. Rather a bit too sweet, but I like the fruity aroma. Overall fairly enjoyable.

Bottle at home. Aroma of malt, caramel, nuts, hint of nutmeg. Flavour is moderate sweet with a nice moderate bitter finish. Body is medium. Well, this is definitely my kind of Bock, being relatively bitter and not that sweet.
