We Twist up to 16 cider apple varieties on our farm to create the perfect pint which has taken 12 months of craftsmanship to give you an unrivaled natural taste. Our Farmhouse Range is made without the use of concentrates and artificial sweeteners making them suitable for Vegans, Vegetarians & Gluten Free.

Unclear golden coloured body. Apple, spicy, & tangy tastes with a dry finish. Solid cider - hides the ABV well.

BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Inky black colour, no head and aroma of apple, burdock, herby. Taste is sweet, apple, cola, burdock, fruity, herbal, sugary, mellow, some tartness. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying sweet finish. Quite OK.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Clear orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of apple, fruit, funk hint. Taste is apple, fruity, fleshy, with some leathery funk and earthy bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

18/7/2024. From BIAB at the 2024 Chelmsford Summer Beer & Cider Festival. Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is semi-sweet fleshy apple, light caramel, slight funky notes. Medium sweetness, light tartness. Moderate body, oily, low carbonation. Drying finish. Quite drinkable.

28/9/2023. BIAB pour shared by danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet apple, sherry, flowers, light herb, touch of wood. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation.

BIAB at York Beer & Cider Festival 2023. Slightly hazed gold colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of apple, fruity, ripe, musty, funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, tangy, with some wood, funk, drying acidity and funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable

Taste is sweet, apple, juicy, citric, caramel, some funk and earthy drying tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
