Cask handpull at Fuggles Cafe Tonbridge. Hazy pale gold colour thin white head. Apple pie aroma. Apple lie fruit flavour. Nothing bad but not proper Apple cider. Some sweetness like Bramley apples without the sourness. It's interesting
Good flavours. Drinkable.

75cl bottle from Dobbies Garden Centre. Pours a pale greenish yellow, light effervescence. Oily slick palate with a moderately sweet character, not especially dry with a light acidity, distant sherbet sweetness. Does have a fruity cremant feel about it. Not bad overall. Some gloopy brown yeast in the bottom so be careful not to pour that in!

75cl bottle shared with Soph on my birthday. Pours very pale yellow. Aroma is quite sweet & fresh, some desert apple perhap. Light carbonation, interesting blend of predominantly desert / culinary apples, quite a gentle sweetness, unexpected hints of pear drops & bubblegum, drying finish. Needs a little more depth of flavour.
