Cask. Pours pale and golden, a clingy white head. Aroma- light citrusy fruit, grassy hops. Taste- lemon hints, zesty fruit, wheat, hop bitterness at the finish.

Craft 100. Clapham. Cask. Hazy gold beer, small white head. Palate is light, fairly dry and has decent fine carbonation. Mild herb. Tangy generic fruits and sweet esters. Light dry and contrastingly bitter finish. A little odd but okay.

Craft 100. Clapham. Cask. Almost clear amber beer, residual pale tan head. Palate is light and fairly dry. Reasonable fine carbonation. Tangy malts, modest dark malt character, just a touch of dark chocolate. Some bitterish caramel. Marmalade hops, modest, little ripe fruit as well. Finishes with a mellow floral bitterness. Inoffensive but lacks a good malt base and enough hops.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, 06/10/16. Light black with a decent tan head. Nose is straw, floral notes, toffee, fruit esters, raw fruit, grains. Taste comprises farty vibes, liqourice, green hop schmack, red berry tingle, light spice. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Average fayre, doesn’t really get out of first gear, a touch raw.

Gravity dispense at Craft 100, 06/10/16. Hazed golden orange with a decent egg shell white cap. Nose is tangy citric rinds, melon, tangerine, light yeast sting, red berry snap, bubblegum. Taste comprises orange wine gums, sweet and sour notes, straw, cherry skins, grains, light yeast flicker. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Decent easy drinking cask saison, the cherry aspect is pretty subtle and well integrated.

Handpump at Doggett’s Coat and Badge, London. Reddish black pour, off-white foam a bit brown, Nose: chocolate and grass. Mouth: suer chicory, chicory covers the rest. Too excessive (for me).
