Light to medium sweet flavor with some toasted bread, pleasant candied ham, moderate smoke and salty meat. Medium bodied with fine carbonation; good condition. Moderately sweet to finish, with more smoked ham. Nice one.

Bottle 330ml (AIH53, ABM)
Slightly hazy yellow color, small white head. Aroma has citrus and dill. Light to medium-bodied. Citrus, Yuzu in the front, then fruityness and evident Sorachi Ace dill. Long lingering citrus aftertaste. Yuzu is quite clearly traceable here.

Cask at the Craft Beer co, Clerkenwell. Gold pour with a white head. Lots of maple syrup in the nose, splash of treacle, toffee and pepper in there too. The pepper continues into the flavour with that interesting syrupy edge. Not bad.
