Gravity dispense at EBF ’18, 07/08/14. Clear golden with an off white covering of bubbles that retains well. Nose is citric peel, light spice, earthy hop notes, lemon rind, soft bread dough. Taste comprises lemon rind, faint ginger, light spice, bitter orange. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a bitter citric rinse. Hmmm... just about an APA, RB style wise, not an IPA for this Bois!

Gravity dispense at EBF ’18, 07/08/14. Golden amber with a moderately appointed off white covering that dissipates to generous edgework. Nose is pine resin, earthy hop, orange peel, citric pithdom, cedar wood, light grapefruit. Taste comprises earthy hop notes, light pine, citric tinged straw, sweet licks, bitter orange. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close peppered with hop bitterness and light booze tunes. Hmmm ... 10% DIPA just don’t work on gravity dispense, not a refined enough offering to pull it off!
