Cask at the Old Fountain. It pours golden yellow with a tiny white head. The nose is hay, floral, grainy, light sweetness, varnish, permanent marker pen and estery pear. The taste is smooth. elderflower, light bitterness, dough, spice, grain and toast with a dry, lightly spiced finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Interesting and rather drinkable.
