Aroma: Roast malt, wood and chocolate.

Appearance: Hazy ruby/mahogany body with a thick cream head that holds well. No visible carbonation. Excellent lacing.

Taste: Bitter coffee, chocolate and sharp red fruit flavours. Really well balanced and drinkable.

Palate: Medium body with an oily texture. Soft carbonation.

Overall: Excellent balance between fruity hop flavours and rich, roasted malt.

(Cask at Old Fountain, Old Street, London, 27 Apr 2013) Golden colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, tropical fruit and grass. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, peaches, pineapple, biscuity malt and a certain floral bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.
