330ml can - Pours a deep dark brown colour with an average sized foamy beige head. The aroma is malty, light roasted malts, and coffee. A moderately sweet light roasted taste, sweet roasted dark malts, burnt caramel, and coffee flavours with a bittersweet light roasted finish.

330ml can - Pours a hazy orange amber colour with an average sized, diminishing, off-white head. The aroma is citrusy, tropical fruit and pine. A moderately sweet and fruity taste, tropical and citrus fruits, mango, orange, and resiny pine flavours with a fruity and moderately bitter finish.

20/10/2022. Can from Harbourside Cellars, Darling Harbour. Pours hazy pale orange brown with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is hoppy, citrus, pine, peach, mango, grapefruit, grass. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness which develops more in finish. Medium body, quite creamy, average carbonation. Nice bittersweet fruity bready finish. Best beer I’ve had so far in Sydney.

Draught at Sydney Cidery, Pitt Street, Sydney. Clear golden colour, thin white foam head and aroma of apple, oak. Taste is apple, fruity, wood barrel, oaky, vanilla, and some light acidity. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, medium-dry oaky finish. Quite drinkable.

375ml can from Dan Murphys, Hurstville. Hazy yellow gold colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of ginger, agave. Taste is sweetish, ginger, some agave, juicy apple hints, and warming spicy. Syrupy mouthfeel, light bodied, spritzy carbonation, sweet and gingery finish. OK.

(On tap) Clear golden with small white head. Pleasant aroma of pine and biscuit. Light body with good fine carbonation. Taste is prominently hops from start to nice bitter finish. Theres a hint of biscuity malt. Good IPA.

Sampled from the tap at the Surry Hills location. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has sweet and earthy citrus with some sweet grains underlying. Flavor has earthy citrus and sweet grains with a hint of leaves.

Sampled from the tap at the Surry Hills location. Pours a clear gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces slightly. Aroma has notes of citrus, grass and grain with a hint of flora underlying. Flavor has earthy citrus rind and earthy grass with a grain backbone.

Sampled from the tap at the Surry Hills location. Pours a clear straw yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma is full of straw and hay with a bit of cookie underlying. Flavor has sweet grain and straw with some hay supporting.
