Bottle. Gift off Totnes I think. Probably been sat in the fridge two years. Clear apple juice colour. No head. Smells like some apples stored in egg boxes. Taste is pretty sweet overall. Decent mouthfeel with fine carbonation. Sweet cardboard to finish. Obvs should have had this fresher but I’m going to guess it might not have been much different.

Draught at Chesterfield CAMRA 2019 Beer Festival at the Winding Wheel. As Rubie Suzie 10.2%. Golden colour, no head and oxidised aroma. Taste is cardboardy, some apple, biscuity, wafer. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry oxidised finish. Tastes off to me but the servers are saying it's meant to taste like that and people are coming back for more so seems to be an acquired taste!

Draught at Chesterfield CAMRA 2019 Beer Festival at the Winding Wheel. Golden colour, thin white foam head and biscuity oxidised aroma. Taste is tart fruity apple, woody oak, swamped by cardboardy biscuity astringent oxidised notes. Medium bodied, slightly spritzy carbonation, dry tangy oxidised finish.

On tap at the Black Bulls Head, Beer Festival, Open Woodgate, Derbyshire, Friday 8th June 2018 Pours light yellowy, gold actually more straw coloured, this is a very strong cider but its does not taste strong. Good tang to this but a steady medium sweetness, nice appley flavours, good. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

tap at jolly judge ... hazy amber yellow ... light soft asweet juicy apple ... tart apple ... light drying linger ... soft juicy ... quite nice
