Cask / bag at the Royal Oak, Luxborough. Leaving my review mostly to Anna given my senses were gone today. Over ripe apples on the nose and profile. Rather dry ending. Lovely light haze.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo. Cheers! Aroma of sweet apple, lots of funk and hints of white grape. Very sweet taste, hints of toffee apple. High levels of carbonation. Good.

500ml bottle from Bristol Cider Shop. Sparkling, bright golden colour, thin bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, acetic funk. Taste is sweetish and tart, tangy, appley, fruity, some orchardy funk, acetic hint, and drying tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, and medium-sweet funky & dry tannic finish. Quite drinkable.

BIAB at Somerset Country Cricket Club, Taunton 2nd August 2024. Pours hazed gold with no head. Aroma: apple juice, apple skin, light funk. Taste: light to moderate sweet, lightly dry. Medium body with low to no carbonation. Tidy scrumpy

3/8/2021. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear deep golden with a small bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet and sugary apple, with a touch of caramel and fruit salad syrup. Medium sweetness and a nice tangy tartness. Medium body, sticky texture, average carbonation. Quite liked this.

500ml bottle, from Dunster Village Deli. Pours clear deep orangey gold. Aroma is bright lightly caramelised apple fruit, taste presents a light sparkle, good comforting furry tannin underpinning some pleasant fleshy fruit, lightly stewed, gentle acidity. Tasty stuff.

Taste is tangy, juicy apple, cooked apple, alittle caramel, bittersweet, woody, with some light spicy tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry light tannic finish. Quite drinkable.
