640ml bottle into 250ml glass. Not sure what to expect from a Corn Ale. Nose is clean, fresh, distant creamed corn. Hazy golden beer with solid white head. Many fine bubbles ascending. Spritzy mouthfeel, medium body. Finish is hoppy, citric, even a touch of passionfruit. Right at the very end that distant corn reappears. Easy drinking. Great beer, will be even better on a Sydney summer evening.
