Brewed in honour of an historical figure and inhabitant of Haarlem. Pours a clear orange/golden with a big white head. Aroma of malts, citrus fruits, honey. Flavour is fruity and honey sweetness. Rather thin body and high carbonation reminded me of a soft drink. Drinkable and refreshing, but not anywhere near as impressive as the "Sterck wijf" that the name refers to.

Aroma of fruits, funky brett, malt, herbs. Flavour is light tart, medium sweetness. Huh, there’s 10.5% in this? A bit overcarbonated, huge gusher. Not a great Wild Ale but enjoyable enough.

Aroma of roasted malt, dark chocolate, coffee, a little liquorice. Flavour is roasty, chocolate, coffee, a little sweetness. Quite full and well-balanced.I love me a Russian Imperial Stout and this one delivered, especially noticeable because Klein Duimpje has been hit and miss for me in the past.

Aroma of roasted malts, sweet malts, coffee, chocolate, espresso, mocha. Flavour is roasty, coffee, moderate sweetness, with a roasty finish. Nice, but could be a bit more full-flavoured and well, more "Xtreme".

Aroma of dark malt, smoke, caramel, some chocolate. Flavour is light to moderate sweet with a moderate to medium bitter finish. Body is a bit on the thin side, but not detrimental. Enjoyable Smoked Porter.
