Cask at the Little Angel, Whitby. Pours clear darkest brown with a thick, tight tan head. Aromas of strong coffee, liquorice. Taste is coffee and dark chocolate. Roasted bitter finish. A much better visit than 3 years ago.

Cask at the Little Angel, Whitby. Pours clear golden with a thin, tight white head. Aromas of malt and biscuit, light floral hops, faint lemon. Taste is more of the same. Is what it is.

Cask. Little Angel, Whitby. Clear gold. Tight white head. Clean malts and citrusy grassy hop. Sweet turning moderately bitter. Light bodied and quaffable. So they can brew then.

Cask at the Little Angel pub where this is brewed. And it’s like vinegar soaked cardboard. I’d have told the bartender but given the fact she was yawning in my face when serving me, I sort of thought I’d be wasting my time. Jesus.

Tried at the Nottingham Beer Festival 2019. Black colour with a foamyvtan head. Aroma dark chocolate hints of smoke. Roasted bitter taste. Medium body.

Cask at The Little Angel, Whitby. Pours clear red brown with a thin off-white head. Aromas of light acetic, toffee. Taste is light sour. Might be on the turn this on. Not entirely unpleasant, but not great.

Cask at the Little Angel, Whitby. Pours clear nut brown with a thin off-white head. Aromas of brown sugar, faint hazelnut. Taste is light sweet, clean finish. Good mild.
