Pigs Ear. Cask. Opaque dark brown beer, bubbly tan head. Light thin palate, decent fine carbonation. Thin dark malts. An ashy bitterness. Modest fruity rum, well buried. Light and mildly smoky finish. A little too much ash and not enough rum.
