Bottle picked up in Abz. It pours clear bright pale gold with a a dissipating white head. The aroma is has a bit of barnyard funk upfront, then apple pie, sweet custard apple, vinous, sweet white wine, custard, almond tart and fruit pie. The taste is crisp, bitter - sweet, juicy apple, nicely vinous, juicy white grape, gooseberry fool, touch tart, hint of acidity, apple skin and earthy tannin towards the dry finish. Medium body and a very mellow prickly carbonation. Classy stuff. Interesting, yet feels almost subtle due to the balance. Reminds me a bit of the medium dry of their orignal batch of ciders.

Bottle from Oddbins Aberdeen Central. It pours clear pale gold with minimal head. The aroma is soft, sweet, apple pie with custard, white wine /champagne and appletiser. The taste is crisp, soft fruity vibe, fairly sweet, sweet white grape, golden delicious apple, melon and touch of dryness/tannin on the back end. Lighter end of medium body and lively, effervescent carbonation. I personally find it a bit sweet. I prefer their first batch of ciders which were dryer and brighter.

Bottle from Taste Of Grampian. It pours clear greenish yellow with a small white head. The aroma is rich, sweet, juicy, apple pie & custard, white grape, vinous, white sugar and sherbet. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, lemony sherbet, white grape, gooseberry, white wine, apple skin, touch of mouth - pucker, light tannin and wood with a drying finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. As with the medium-sweet version there is a great white wine character to this. This one has better balance and an enjoyable bright tartness.

Bottle from taste of Grampian. It pours clear pale yellow - green with some tiny white bubbles on top. The aroma is aroma is fresh, quite vibrant, tart apple, white grape, vinous and fruit pie. The taste is crisp, clean, dry and tart upfront, fresh, rather fruity, apple, pear, gooseberry, vinous, straw and a touch of alcohol with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Took me a bit by surprise this one. It has a really nice white wine character and is a lot less sweet than anticipated.
