31/10/2022. Bottle bought at Victoria Wines Wailoaloa enjoyed on Likuri Island. Pours clear very pale gold with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of pear, pear drops, sulphur, citrus, hint of rubber. Taste is moderate sweetness and medium tartness, quite acidic, slightly spiced. Moderate body, oily, spritzy carbonation. Not bad but least enjoyable of the 3 that I had from this cidery.

Medium sweetness and moderate sour. Moderate body, oily, quite lively. Nice tangy tart finish. Quite liked this. Hides it’s abv.

Aroma is green apple, citrus, slight sulphur whiff. Moderate sweetness and medium tartness. Moderate body, average carbonation. Dry sour finish. Quite enjoyable.

330ml bottle, shared with Soph along the river. Pale greenish yellow complexion, sparkling. Sweet aroma. Strong sweetness to taste, perhaps a hint of honey, with some dessert wine and pear drop notes emerging, good carbonation. Not bad, learning to like these pale kinds of perries and ciders.

330ml bottle from Dan Murphys, Hurstville. Pale yellow gold colour, short-lived white foam head and juicy apple aroma. Flavour is fleshy apple, green apple, apple pips and a cheesy, yogurty note with some dry acidity. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tangy acidic finish. OK.
